Skymet serves expertise in providing real time weather information, weather forecasts, and agriculture risk solutions to government and non-government organizations and agencies. Jatin is taking artificial intelligence, machine learning, and remote sensing technologies to the grassroots level, thereby helping smallholder farmers to manage financial risks associated with adverse weather phenomena due to climate change. Always fascinated with weather even as a 17-year-old and as a professional journalist, Jatin launched Skymet in 2003 with the intention of providing reliable and accessible weather forecasts.
