Tech Hub LIVE 2024: Celebrating Four Years of Success and Looking Ahead to 2025

Tech Hub LIVE 2024 concluded on July 31 with resounding success, drawing nearly 700 attendees and featuring over 70 exhibiting companies. This year’s event was a testament to the growth and enthusiasm within the ag tech community. With 50% of companies already rebooking for Tech Hub LIVE 2025, the event will return to Des Moines of 2025 to celebrate its 5th year.

One of the many highlights of the event was the Women in Ag TechTM program, which saw over 80 women participating at this third in-person meeting. The Top Gun-themed Tech Hub LIVE Welcome Party at Ricochet, sponsored by the Greater Des Moines Partnership, is always a favorite, offering a relaxed atmosphere and fun networking opportunities for all.

The conference featured a variety of insightful sessions, tech talks, interviews, and group discussions including:

  • A keynote address by Ted McKinney, CEO of NASDA, the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, which set the tone for the event by exploring the transformative impact of advanced technologies like precision farming, AI, and IoT on modern agriculture.
  • The Retailer Think Tank, where industry leaders shared innovative strategies and solutions for navigating the ever-changing landscape of ag retail.
  • Women in Ag Tech sponsored a powerhouse panel, showcasing influential women driving change in the ag tech sector.
  • The Farmers’ Perspective Panel gave invaluable insights directly from the field.

“We are thrilled with the success of Tech Hub LIVE 2024 and the incredible turnout we saw this year,” said Amy Reddington, Show Director of Tech Hub LIVE. “The energy and engagement from attendees, exhibitors, and speakers was outstanding. We’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Des Moines in 2025.”
