The Andersons Announces New Online, Mobile-Friendly Customer Portal

The Andersons, Inc. announces a new, web-based customer portal for its Plant Nutrient Group to allow customers access to information on their accounts. Customers may access the portal through a web browser on their computer, phone or other electronic device.

The customer portal has an easy sign-up process and provides up-to-date information on contracts, load shipping details, invoice totals, and a history of materials ordered by month. The customer portal is currently available to wholesale agriculture customers of The Andersons with availability coming to all Plant Nutrient customers later this year.

Jeff Blair, president of the Plant Nutrient Group states, “We have been working hard to improve our customers’ experience working with The Andersons, especially during these uncertain times. We’re proud to introduce our web-based customer portal to provide them with the most accurate information on their account, as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
