Lucy Lu

Lucy Lu currently works as Greater Sacramento’s Business Development Project Manager, where she specializes in developing the region’s innovation ecosystem through building strategic innovation assets and startup business attraction. Lucy has expertise and knowledge in attracting Greater Sacramento’s target industries, including food and agriculture technology, life sciences and future mobility and is creating market development strategies for Greater Sacramento in Los Angeles, Seattle, and the Bay Area. Since working at GSEC for over two and a half years, Lucy leads Greater Sacramento’s Food and Agriculture Innovation Council, which is composed of the region’s food and agriculture leaders. The council comes together to create strategies that will advance the region’s competitiveness in building a world renown food and agriculture technology hub.
