AgriThority to Host Breakout Session on Overcoming Product Development Challenges at World Agri-Tech
AgriThority Chief Technology Officer Gloverson Moro, Ph.D., will host a breakout session at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit in San Francisco on Tuesday, March 14 at 11:00 a.m. PST.
The breakout session “How do you overcome product development challenges?” focuses on the challenges novel innovations face along the path to commercialization. Moro will lead a discussion with industry experts on the importance of a disciplined stage-gate development process.
Optimization of the development process from discovery through development and launch encompasses many different variables. This session will review the critical components of a disciplined product development process built with scientific rigor. The plan and execution during development can manage risks and resources with the ultimate goal of expediting commercial success.
